Invite Specific Applicant to Complete a Form/Step in the Sequence

  1. Click on the Configure Button for any step.
  2. Click on the Select Specific Applicant drop down and list of Applicant users are being displayed to you.
  3. Select any Applicant user who will be going to fill this particular form. 
  4. On Sequence Execution, When any other Applicant user reaches this step, A message would be displayed “This Form Needs to be Submitted by ‘Applicant Name’”. An invitation email to fill this form would be sent to that selected Applicant user.
  5. The selected user will click on the link from the email and will submit the form just like other Applicants
  6. Once the form is submitted by a particular Applicant then the sequence will move to the next step as the current step has been completed.
