Sequencer provides the control of sequence of events for other apps (e.g. other Mini- Projects) and individual forms, control of approval process in any app/form sequence,control of the frequency of reminder emails to prompt users to continue to the next stage of a workflow process/sequence, control of which user is permitted to use which app or form and user 1-5 can view the reports.
